I'll wager you m...Rao's a celebrity ghetto? I'll wager you must have had your ego bruised when you were informed that you can't get in. I'm not a celebrity. I'm not a wiseguy. Nor, am I a big shot writer with his own blog. I am a regular guest of this establishment because I had the good fortune of becoming a friend of the owner, Frank Frank Pelligrino, while making reservations for residents at Trump Tower, who were long time regulars at Rao's. Unlike the pretentious and inferior dives of our (that's right, neighbor) little section of Brooklyn, the wife and I can enjoy a full evening's eating, drinking and just plain having a great time, and not having to shell out more than two bills. Maybe you should expand your social circle. Don't include me, though.
