But then, I live in southeastern Brooklyn. But truly, the roast beef is delicious with the gravy, I go there just for the corn fritters alone, and their lemonade cups provide at least a couple of days worth of lemon water refills at home. The clam chowder is good, too, but you really get it for the oyster crackers, and the self-serve ketchup and mustard station is really helpful. It's also fun to watch the old Roll N Roaster commercials on their TV.

If you haven't tried it before, you must go there now!Heathernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21554899.post-41882395077877967242012-08-05T18:51:00.056-07:002012-08-05T18:51:00.056-07:00I'll bury this one in the back of my mind unti...I'll bury this one in the back of my mind until my daughter gets older.

The "tell the cashier what you want to order, she gives you a ticket, then you present the ticket to the server at the counter" thing is pretty standard at cheap restaurants in Brazil. Its seems to be quicker but more chaotic than waiter service.Ednoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21554899.post-92186176037209215582012-08-05T08:18:07.829-07:002012-08-05T08:18:07.829-07:00Is the building a former Burger King?
