One guess where what neighborhood the apartment building is in.

But the residents of this address had one hell of a Purim, back in the day.

    I'm gonna guess...Williamsburg. I want to say Carroll Gardens, because I saw your pic on GL for the Street Couch series, but Hebraic lettering like that is soooooo not CG, so I'm going with Williamsburg.

    if I'm right, do I win anything?

    If that's supposed to be Hebrew, wouldn't the date put the construction as some time just before the Great Flood?
