160 Imlay, the monstrous, off-white, New York Dock Co. building in Red Hook, has cast back the dark veil it has worn for several years.
Covered in black netting since well before Obama was elected, the huge structure can now be seen in its full sepulchral glory. I'm sure this has something to do with October 2008
ruling that swept aside for once and all the legal challenges that has blocked 160 from being converted to residential use.
But what next?
