How are we supposed to protect our City's historic districts when we can't even protect the signs that designate them?

    I'm not sure I understand your point. Are you saying that the Cobble Hill Historic District is not being protected? Because it looks pretty nice to me. I just don't get what one vandalized sign has to do with the district as a whole.
