There are some brand-spanking-new, bright-blue table umbrellas at the Gowanus Yacht Club and they're low-rent chic. "Original Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer" proclaims each and every one. Now we've got a real beer garden, Wisconsin State Fair-style!
