I know that in these days of advanced and improved cart and truck food, the matter of who owns and runs a cart can make a big difference in the quality of the food. But I still find this sign hilarious.

One of the old book jackets lining the walls of Chumley's. Eternal Shame on Bloomberg, the City Fathers, and the powers that be that this cultural landmark has STILL not been saved and reopened.
