Lost City will be taking a short respite in the coming weeks. In the meantime, I wish every reader, and every New Yorker, a joyous holiday season, a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Merry Christmas Brooks! And thank you again for all of the work you put into researching, photographing, and writing this blog. Without it much of the city's history will simply fade away.
I may. I don't know. I started the blog as a reaction to New York under Bloomberg's reign. And now Bloomberg is gone. And so many blogs have since followed Lost City's example and taken up the torch I picked up back in 2006. Additionally, my actual paying work is keeping me very busy just now. But I will never say never.
Sorry. This blog DOES NOT accept Anonymous comments. I also reserve the right to not post abusive or offensive comments, or anything that contains the phrase "a real New Yorker."
A happy season to you as well, and looking forward to your return next year!
ReplyDeleteHappy Holiday to you!
